1. Scope of Services

Evolobe provides software development, Tally customization, ERP solutions, and web integration services. All services are subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Project Proposal that outlines specific deliverables and timelines.
 

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of Evolobe Software Solutions.

• For Clients: Upon full payment, the ownership of custom-developed TCP File (Compiled File for respective Tally Serial Number) will be transferred as per the individual project contract.

• Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sell, or decompile any software or "Ready Add-ons" provided by Evolobe without explicit written consent.
   

3. Use of Third-Party Software (Tally/Biz Analyst)

Our services often involve customizing or integrating with third-party software like Tally.ERP 9 or Tally Prime, or Biz Analyst. You acknowledge that:

• You must maintain valid licenses for any third-party software.

• Evolobe is not responsible for updates or changes made by third-party providers that may affect custom integrations.
   

4. Limitation of Liability

Evolobe strives for 100% accuracy in our ERP and Tally customizations. However, we are not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our software or services. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain regular data backups.
 

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are due according to the milestones defined in your project quote.

• Since we provide digital services and custom software, refunds are generally not provided once development has commenced, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
   

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
